Sneezed to meet you. It's Hay Fever season again.

You're in the garden, sipping a refreshing drink, listening to your favourite podcast, or just catching some rays and then it hits you.

The bothersome cold-like symptoms, such as sneezing, itchiness, wheezy cough and a blocked or runny nose. For me, it's the itchy eyes. Man, that really gets me. My main trigger is grass. Tall grass. Not great when you're an avid camper.

Hay fever can be very frustrating, especially during allergy season. Luckily, there are a variety of remedies you can use to help ease your symptoms. Here are a few:

1. Stay indoors during peak pollen times. Pollen levels are typically highest in the mornings and evenings, so try to stay indoors during these times.

2. Take an antihistamine. Antihistamines help to block the histamine response that causes hay fever symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

3. Use nasal sprays. Nasal sprays help to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages and can be very effective at alleviating hay fever symptoms.

4. Use eye drops. Eye drops can help to relieve itchy, red, and watery eyes caused by hay fever.

5. Drink lots of water. Drinking plenty of water helps to keep your body hydrated, which can help to reduce hay fever symptoms.

6. Try natural remedies. Some natural remedies, such as honey and apple cider vinegar, may be effective at reducing hay fever symptoms.

Remember, if your symptoms persist or become severe, be sure to consult with your doctor. They can help you find the best treatment options for your specific needs.
